Sustainable Vehicle Solutions (SVS) is proud to announce the addition of the Ford F-150 Lightning Electric Ute to its growing portfolio of zero-emission commercial vehicles, now available in both South Australia and Victoria.
As Australia’s only right-hand drive 4×4 electric Ute, the Ford F-150 Lightning is engineered to meet the rugged demands of Australian conditions while delivering the safety, performance, and innovation expected by today’s drivers.
This milestone is made possible through a strategic partnership between BOSSCAP Group—parent company of leading Australian EV distributor AUSEV—and Sustainable Vehicle Solutions, a division of the CMV Group. Together, we are accelerating the rollout of cutting-edge electric vehicles across the country.
“This alliance marks a major leap in AUSEV’s mission to drive the adoption of light commercial EVs nationwide,” said Edward Kocwa, CEO of BOSSCAP Group.
“Both AUSEV and SVS share a deep commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer and after-sales support. Together, we’re forging a new path for clean transport solutions in the Australian market.”
The Ford F-150 Lightning joins SVS’s current offering, which includes the Foton T5 Electric Truck, further strengthening its position as a provider of comprehensive EV solutions for commercial fleets.
Joe Di Santo, General Manager of Sustainable Vehicle Solutions, expressed his excitement about the new addition:
“Introducing the Ford F-150 Lightning into our line-up is a significant step forward as we continue to expand our total EV commercial solutions offering.
The F-150 is thrilling to drive, built tough, and ready for the demands of Australian businesses. We’re proud to represent and distribute this game-changing vehicle in Victoria and South Australia.”
The F-150 Lightning was recently showcased at a soft launch drive day hosted by SVS at Sunnybrae Estate in South Australia. Attendees had the opportunity to get behind the wheel and experience the vehicle’s impressive performance, range, and fast-charging capabilities—including DC fast charging in just 38 minutes.
A major benefit of the Ford F-150 Lightning is its robust towing capacity of up to 4.5t, ensuring that it meets the demands of the commercial market and positions itself as a serious rival against other brands in the segment.
The Ford F-150 Lightning is now available for test drives through Sustainable Vehicle Solutions in both South Australia and Victoria.
As part of the CMV Group, SVS continues to lead the way in delivering the latest in sustainable transport technology, offering sales and service of industry-leading zero-emission vehicle brands to customers across the region.
